ProcessRaven respects your privacy and collects as little as possible.
The figures you enter into the AI Token Cost Estimator are processed locally in your browser and are not sent to us or stored on our servers, unless you explicitly opt in to contribute anonymous benchmark data (see below). Your saved initiatives in the Register are stored only on your device, and sharing an estimate places its settings in the page link only.
You do not need to register or sign in to use the tool or read the benchmarks.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, for security, troubleshooting, and to understand overall traffic.
If you contact us at info@processraven.tech, we use your message and email address only to reply to you. We do not sell or rent your information.
We keep a lightweight, anonymous tally of overall activity: how many times the estimator has been run and viewed, and counters for a small set of actions (opening the report, using the business case, comparing models, editing the success rate, using workflow search, following a benchmark or partner link). These are simple aggregate counters, incremented by one, with no profile, no cookie, no stored IP address, and no identifying information.
From the Register tab you can opt in to contribute anonymous, aggregate figures that improve the published benchmark priors. This is off by default. When enabled, each contributed record contains at most: process type, business category, model tier, forecast or realized figures (cost per outcome, first-year ROI, payback, NPV, annual benefit, automation share, volume, hours saved, share of forecast delivered), the readiness score and funding verdict, a day-level date (never a timestamp), and a random identifier generated in your browser whose only purpose is to pair a forecast with its later realized update. That identifier is random, is not derived from you or your device, and is not linked to any account, cookie, IP address, or server log. Records contain no company name, no free text, and no personal information.
Because contributed records are anonymous, we cannot attribute any record to a person or organization, and therefore cannot retrieve or delete an individual record on request; this is a consequence of collecting nothing that identifies you. Switching the toggle off stops all future contributions immediately. Aggregate records are retained to maintain the published benchmarks.
Pages may contain clearly labeled partner or sponsored links. We may earn a commission if you follow one. Clicking sends no data about you to us beyond the anonymous click tally above; the destination site’s own privacy policy applies there.
A banner on your first visit asks whether you will allow analytics, and nothing is set until you choose. If you accept, we load Google Analytics 4, which places first-party cookies (named _ga and similar) and sends Google standard usage data such as the pages you view, an approximate location from your IP address, and your device and browser type. We use it only to understand which pages are useful, never for advertising, and Google processes it under its privacy policy. If you decline, no analytics loads and no analytics cookies are set. Your choice is remembered in your browser and you can change it anytime by choosing manage cookie choices. Separately, the tool uses your browser’s local storage to remember your settings, saved initiatives and contribution preference on your device; that data stays in your browser and you can clear it at any time.
We may update this policy. The date above reflects the current version.
