Estimates, not advice

The estimator and benchmark figures are illustrative estimates generated from the assumptions shown. They are not a quote, forecast, guarantee, or financial advice, and actual costs vary by provider, model, configuration, and workload. Token cost is only one part of total AI cost. Validate the numbers independently before relying on them.

No warranty

The site and tool are provided on an as-is basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProcessRaven accepts no liability for any decision, loss, or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, the site or its estimates.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the AI Token Cost Estimator and its source code, the benchmark figures and dataset, the underlying cost methodology, and all text, graphics, layout, and design, together with the ProcessRaven name and logo, is owned by ProcessRaven or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved except as expressly granted below.

Licence to use

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the estimator and to view the benchmarks for your own internal evaluation and informational purposes. This licence transfers no ownership and may be revoked at any time.

Restrictions

Except as permitted by the licence above or by applicable law, you must not, and must not permit others to:

• copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from the site, its code, design, or content;
• scrape, crawl, harvest, bulk-download, or systematically extract the benchmark data or any other content, other than indexing by a search engine that respects our robots.txt;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, methodology, models, or underlying data;
• use the content, figures, or data to build, train, or improve a competing product, service, dataset, or model;
• remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice; or
• frame, mirror, or hotlink the site or its assets.

ProcessRaven and the ProcessRaven logo are trademarks of ProcessRaven. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

Reservation of rights

We reserve all rights not expressly granted in these terms. We may suspend or terminate your access and pursue all remedies available to us, including injunctive relief, for any breach.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it unlawfully.
